It is called "Hair" houses because they are made of goat hair and sheep’s wool, which is mixed and spun and twisted and folded to Dre (spherical shape), ropes and wooden beams. In the desert there were many tents that are made of wool and animal skins. This Bedouin house is being built in the deserts and in the countryside and depends also on the ropes and pegs, and easily moved from one place to another.

 

And it’s a house that is made from the skin with its full details and sewn by the women, but their mission is greater than that; it is proved that in some communities that they were also installing the tent after the entire tent stitched. After sewing leather and connected with each other and placed her stakes which are all the aspects which is installed before raising the tent, and placed in front of the tent a cover that has a wide slots in the summer and narrowing in the winter. 

Al Sha’ar house divides into two sections, one for men and one for women; in the women's section there is a kitchen and there are some tools, clothing and other tanks because they are serving their family such as cooking, sewing and cleaning.
